Does a streak free, brown fake tan sound too good to be true? Well not anymore!

We combine our fabulous lotion with DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) and Erythrulose- two well tested and natural derived tanning agents.

DHA is the end product of natural phosphate sugar degraded by bacteria. There is no bacteria in the finished product. Just a natural, incredibly effective sugar that reacts with the amino acids in the top keratinised (dead) layers of skin. Many companies just use DHA as it is relatively cheap and easy to come by.

However, on its own, DHA does not last very long and can be streaky and orange. Not a good look! So we also add Erythrulose- a sugar derived from red berries. It deepens the colour and moisturises the skin; as well as prolonging the tan and preventing stripes! (When applied correctly.) Erythrulose works in very much the same way as DHA. However, it is horrendously expensive!
